hi I was transferring 3.0 ETH into my TREZOR and only received 2.19 eth, looking at the transactions fee they seem little also from the sending side the fee was okay
somewhere i have lost around £800 in fees
this cant be right
can anyone advise

Can you share your tx ID.
Eth transation can be expensive.
But maybe share a little more info.
From where did you transfer your eth? Some exchanges have extra withdrawal fees.
