I’ve been trying to make a transaction for days. On Ethereum network but it always gives me transaction failed… Trezor is updated to 2.8.10 and trezor suit 25.5.2. I tried with and without VPN, increasing the gasfee. the transaction would be a swap from USDT to ETH…What Should i do?

It would also be helpful if you also send us the logs from Trezor Suite over email.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Make sure your Trezor device is connected to Trezor Suite and unlocked.
- Click on the “Settings” in the upper left corner.
- Go to the “Application” tab and look for the option to “Show log”. Click on it to display the log file.
- Export the log to a text file.
- Send the text file to us as an attachment.
We understand that you may have concerns about sharing this information with us, as it may disclose your XPUB. Please note that the log can be exported with sensitive information excluded by disabling the “include sensitive information” option. This will protect your privacy while still allowing us to analyze the log to help troubleshoot your issue.
