The tracking number you entered is invalid. Please correct it and retry

Dear Trezor support,

I confirm the payment of my order on December 26th. However, after 6 days I still cannot track my order. When I try to track my order on “gls-group”, I receive this error: “Unfortunately there are no results. Please check your entry. It is also possible that your parcel has not reached us yet. Please try again later.”

When I try to track my order at trezorio shiptracker, I receive this error message: “The tracking number you entered is invalid. Please correct it and retry.”

When I try to use the Hal Chatbot, after providing my order number and email, the chatbot responds with “I apologize, but this combination of order number and email is likely incorrect,” even though I’m certain the order number and email are correct.

I still have not received any email regarding my order, and I’m not sure how to find out the status of my order, which is quite frustrating.

Could you please let me know what is the proper way to contact your team (via email) or how I can proceed with the tracking process for my order?
