Hello. Thank you for your response. My issue has been resolved. I finally found the reason. It’s because the Chinese government blocks access to the internet. No matter what methods are used, the desktop version of the suite cannot be used. The web version, on the other hand, can be used normally. However, you need to install the desktop version of the suite and enable NPV to use it. Please pass this information on to other Chinese consumers. It took me a week to figure out the reason, which was really difficult. I still have two more questions I need your help with. Firstly, will the web pages for the web version of the suite be changed in the future? Will the official address always be the same? https://suite.trezor.io/web/? Secondly, within the span of a week, I repeatedly created 10 wallets, 7 of which were single-backup wallets with 20 seed phrases. I discovered that the third and fourth seed phrases for these 7 wallets were identical and both consisted of the word “academic.” The other 17 phrases did not appear to be repeated across different wallets. Is this normal? I am confused and concerned about the security of my wallets. I look forward to your response and wish you happiness every day!
Hi @jhkjhkcy,
The first four words encode information about the type of your backup. This is why the third and fourth words in Single-share Backups are always: academic academic
