I made a transaction in suite funds are gone none received.
I have created numerous tickets and done everything possible without reply.
Can someone please help?
Ttrezor suite glitch; - at no point did i amend the address rather this was done by suite when adjusting/upgrading to faster transaction on a swap that was taking over an hour.

We see you’ve sent funds to a previously used one-time address. All Changelly addresses are non-reusable by our Terms of Use, so in case an address is used again, such payment must be processed manually. To avoid such an issue in the future, whenever you want to exchange your crypto, please create a new transaction to get a new address generated and avoid re-sending funds to the same address (for example, the Replace-by-Fee option, should not be used).
Now, in your case, we can either process your transaction manually at a new floating rate with the resulting cryptocurrency amount sent to the initial Destination Address from your original transaction, or we can refund your funds less the network fee withdrawn from the initial transaction amount and will need you to send us a refund address.

Did they refund assets?
Changelly is a known selective scam integrated everywhere, write a ticket via ticket-changelly .com and just say you’ll lawyer up as it’s illegal to hold funds for more than a week, I was in same situation and they returned within a day when i did that.
