Support VOEC (VAT on e-commerce) for Norwegian customers

Would be great for Norwegian customers with the ability to buy Trezor products with VOEC (VAT on e-commerce) or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Else we get a hefty extra fee from the shipping companies.
