Suite Support for Ethereum Smart Account Signers (seedless)

Hi There,

It would be so nice if there would be a user friendly option in the Trezor Suite to create a seedless wallet/signer without “Backup Wallet” Warnings/Possibilities in the software and device.
It is highly likely it will be standard to create multi-sig smart accounts (based on multiple seedless hardware and phone signers) on Ethereum instead of “traditional” hardware wallets with a written seed phrase backup.

The manual on the web mentions a seedless creation option for Trezor but does not explain how to do so and also in the Trezor Suite with my Trezor 5 setup process I cannot see any option to create a “Signer” for my Ethereum Smart Account Wallet: hXXps://trezor.io/guides/backups-recovery/advanced-wallets/seedless-setup

Maybe this is an option for the future as it will be Ethereums default way of handling wallets and users funds and is very important :slight_smile:

My understanding is that seedless setup was originally designed for certain Bitcoin multisig wallet setups created outside of the Trezor Suite ecosystem. Please note that it is not supported in Trezor Suite.

Thanks for your reply! I see, will create a product feature suggestion in Github for it, I think it’s an important feature for the future usage for most Ethereum users and removes the hassle of seed phrase hiding while offering the same or even much better security (with smart account wallets) :slight_smile:
