SOL Token (BOTA) Transfer Not Recieved in Trezor

Hello, I sent BOTA (a SOL token) from Phantom wallet to Trezor and tokens were not received. I shared the hash with Phantom and they say its a problem on the side of Trezor as it was successfully sent.

Within 10 minutes I had also sent 2 other SOL tokens to Trezor and they were all received.

Can someone with Trezor look into this please?

@miguelon7777 The token you mention does not seem to be listed on CoinGecko, so I’m not sure what token you are referring to. I would recommend checking whether the transaction has been hidden by Trezor Suite due to being a low value transaction or unrecognized token.
