Shipping delay issue

I just ordered only to find as per the order email that shipping is not going to be achieved before the end of the month. I’ll have left this country by then (and I’m not returning for a year!).

I wouldn’t have ordered if you had such a delivery problem. You should notify people at the point of ordering that this is an issue.

Can someone contact me ASAP please? I need to get a refund OR we need to agree that item will be sent before the end of the month.
