Hi, I just got my trezor safe 3 setup, and when it came to move my cardano funds to it, the coins didnt make it to my wallet, even though the adress is correct, can someone he;p me please?
CARDANO not coming to Trezor Suite
I sent ADA via Trezor generated address. Even after two hours I still don’t see ADA in my account. I have safe 7. Can anyone advise? Thank you
Hello. Hopefully this is the correct section to post this.
So about an hour ago I made an ada withdrawal from marketplace to model T using trezor suite. I generated a new receiving address as I have been instructed. I double checked the address before confirming it. After my ada didn’t show up I figured about cardano explorer and confirmed the transaction and the address the ada went to. Then I noticed my receiving address wasn’t on trezor as a transacted address it was back at the top as if it was the next receiving address to be generated. I’ve confirmed it again, reset trezor by unplugging and closing the app, had to confirm it again after that, now i’m waiting. It currently says that receiving address is unused. Also when I first opened up trezor suite it wanted me to update so I did but now it’s acting like it wants an update again… maybe that was the firmware for my safe 3 that I updated and not my model t? Either way I didn’t do the update again because I wanted to see my funds first. Whether that makes sense or not I do not know. Hopefully the funds will show up but every other time i’ve withdrawn it has been smooth and easy. Not this time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

The cardano explorers are a bit confusing. I’ve looked at several of them. I see my receive address with the balance that I withdrew from market but there’s other addresses involved on some of the explorers. I see stake addresses but there appears to be other addresses involved too. I’m unsure how to read all of this data.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing issues with our backend service for the Cardano network that can cause balances to appear as 0 or recent transactions not to appear in Trezor Suite. Please rest assured that we are already working on a fix, which will be implemented as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you can consider viewing your balance via a compatible third-party Cardano wallet app such as Adalite.

Bitcoin an Trezor Suite, Trezor 5 gesendet. Transaktion ist bestätigt. Die Bitcoin sind aber nicht in der Trezor Suite zu sehen.

There is still no fix for this issue? There would be nice to have at least some more friendly message in the app, when I wanted to add again my Cardano account into Trezor Suite on Mac and there is only general message: “Error during loading of your account”.
Adalite or NUFI are working fine.
