When asked to enter my seed word’s some that came up in the green box were not my correct seed word’s that I had recorded. I could not correct them. At end I was informed that my entry was incorrect and to try again.

it is not clear what are you trying to achive. If you are entering your wallet backup (Recovery SEED) into some website or program, it is scam and you will loose all your funds.
Or you are starting with a new device and you fail at initial setup of the Trezor device?
Or you are starting with a new device and you fail at initial setup of the Trezor device?
Or you are testing your backup before updating Trezor firmware in Trezor Suite?
