Trezor T actually supports 12 word seed.

once you’ve setup a 12 word, I don’t think you can change it to a 24 and keep the same accounts.
Read the docs, 12 word is fine.

As @doge mentioned 12 words is enough and there is no need to use 24 words with Trezor Model T. You can find more information at https://trezor.io/learn/a/seed-backup-12-vs-24-words
If you still decide to use 24 words you can set it by using trezorctl or by initializing your Trezor in Electrum.
