I just received my new Trezor Safe 5 on Wednesday and I decided to open it and use it to restore my old one Trezor. When I connected to Trezor suite read the following…
In the device “Get started with your Trezor at trezor[.]io/start”
But in the APP.(Trezor suite) as soon as connected reads… “This device is being used by another app.” “Another session is running (Use Trezor here)

Should I use the device? It was sealed, both the box and the security tag on the wallet.

I am paranoid to go ahead and use it.

Please help

This can very often happen if you have other crypto-related apps open that can interact with Trezor. For example, it will happen with Exodus or Metamask. The solution is to close any other crypto apps when using Trezor Suite.
