Paying the fee ”makes a non-monetary Bitcoin transaction (spam/CSAM) no more valid than paying postage makes junkmail valid.
Paid or not, it’s still junkmail. And that’s why we have… spamfilters !
There is only one “valid” use of Bitcoin: as money.
I regret that Trezor, and i value them highly (!), made this choise
