I want to pass on my old Trezor Wallet to someone near me. Is it safe or will my “old” coins be tracable to that certain wallet?

if you do a full reset/wipe it’ll be fine.
just make sure you have your seed/passphrase correct and ready for another device, or already setup on another device, checked and tested before wiping.
