A weird thing happened recently. Trezor Safe 5 slowed the very same receiving address for bitcoin twice. The first time, thou the address was generated, I didn’t actually use it to perform the transaction, but then when I would do it the second time the address was the very same one that had been previously generated. Because of that reason I didn’t perform the transaction. Should I be worried?

when generating fresh addresses, Trezor will show you the first unused address out of (what is essentially) an internal list.
in other words, what you see is exactly as it should be. you didn’t use the address so you got the same unused one again.
