we have encountered few scammers trying to direct Trezor users to the Telegram to resolve issues related to our devices.
Trezor support doesn’t have any official Telegram channel with an active support team.
Never share your seed with anyone. Trezor support will never ever ask you to share it with them. There are even fake iOS and Android apps which ask to enter the seed. Never do that unless your Trezor device ask to do so on the display.
