I have problem with my trezor wallet. While transferring rndr token to binance I have to bump fee. Transcation finished succesfully but I can’t send other RNDR tokens. I have error : Transaction signing error: INTERNAL_ERROR: nonce too low
Good afternoon.
I have the same problem.
If I do " settings in Suite, Application, Reset app ", do I have to recreate my wallet from seed ? or not ? Thank you.
Best regards.
The green Reset app button on Trezor Suite under Settings > Application does not erase your seed. It merely resets all of your preferences on Trezor Suite, and erases any remembered wallets. You can then reconnect your Trezor device to Suite and it will load as normal.
Then go to Settings, coins, and activate Ethereum.
So what was the problem exactly, I just started using my TREZOR 5 today and am now having the same issue. Transaction signing error: INTERNAL_ERROR: nonce too low
I am posting an update in case anyone else runs into this issue. No reason to freak out. NickW “Above” posted correct action. “Reset App, Then Reactivate $ETH, and whatever other wallets you were using. Settings>Applicaton>App Storage"Reset App” then "Reactivate Ethereum and other wallets you were using.
Just out of curiosity, because I almost did it. If I factory reset my Trezor, all I would have to do is insert recovery phrase to re-establish wallets on device? Is This Correct?
@Jer Yes, but it would be faster and less risky to just activate the coin in the Settings of Trezor Suite. The factory reset completely erases the recovery seed from the Trezor and you will need your wallet backup to regain access.
