Packaging is extremely poor and cheap. Cable that attaches to computer is too short. Should have stuck with my Ledger Nano S.

IMO packaging is very cool, at least for T model. It is very original, really, and well finished.
Perhaps the One model has more modest packaging, but also take into account the more affordable price of that model.
The most important thing, even so, at least for me, is the security, trust and support of this brand, beyond the packaging. If the box and the Ledger manual seem better to you, you have the right to choose freely, but for me the important thing is not the box but the content.
If a company skimps on a cheap cable, they can’t have much quality in the rest of their product. I have to run between my pc and keyboard. Not many brain cells that came with those engineers!
