I attempted to stake some ETH using the Trezor suite to Everstake. I followed the instructions exactly and I could see a staking account appear on the LHS and there was a pending transaction created against the ETH account. However one day later when I connect the Trezor to the Trezor Suite there is no longer any staking account on the LHS and under the staking TAB of the ETH account there is no starking transaction listed. The ETH is still there. However, the strangeness of a disappearing transaction makes me worried about staking using Trezor. Really appreciate if anyone can shed some light on what might have gone wrong.
If it helps anyone, I have an update from Trezor support. The transaction failed as the fee wasn’t enough. I selected the ‘normal’ fee option following Trezor’s staking how to video which states ‘If you select normal you should be fine’. I’ll try it again with a custom fee doubling what the normal option suggests and see how I get on.
