I’m no longer remembering the passphrase, whenever I try to pull the wallets from metamask, the wallet with a balance no longer appears, as the people at trezor don’t have a solution, has anyone found a solution from the outside?

did you try leaving the passphrase BLANK?

If it’s a CoinJoin account - you need to load it manually.
