Not Recognizing Tap or Hold on Screen

I am trying to set up my new Safe 5. I am in the authentication step, after tapping to confirm to authenticate, it moves to the next page to take the circle to confirm. I tap it and nothing happens, I feel the hiccup in the device, but nothing happens. Same thing happens when I try to wipe the device or create a wallet without authentication.

I tried to start in bootloader and then that button to install firmware, nothing happens. Can anyone help? Thank you.

Hi @Drehberg , When you get to the step with the circle, you’ll need to press and hold to confirm. If you just tap it, you’ll feel the haptic feedback start, but the action won’t actually go through until you keep holding it for a few seconds.
