My order was not shipped in 8 working days.
There was no response to the support request either.
Please, help me with a refund as requested 3 days ago in support ticket 205177. I don’t want my order anymore.

I have checked your ticket, your order has been successfully canceled and a refund request has been submitted. It should be credited back to you within one week as we process Bitcoin payments once a week.
