Newly added account dissapeared after trezor suite restart

Yesterday, I set up a new BTC account. However, when I launched the Trezor Suite and connected my Trezor One device today, the new account was missing. This is particularly problematic since I used the address from the new account to receive BTC.

I attempted to create a new account and then restarted the suite, but the new account is also missing, despite receiving a notification that the account had been successfully created (see the screenshot, before closing the suite there were two accounts)

It is not missing, you have the balance in your screenshot. You can check the address history in the Receive tab.

The notification is a standard one each time you connect our device.

Only new empty accounts disappear until you add funds to them.
