The holographic seal on my new Trezor Safe3 wallet was in two parts, is this normal? The device is also scratched with a noticeable 1/4" dent on the front seam where it’s glued together, along with glue showing and rough edges scattered all around the seam. Is this a quality issue or something I need to be worried about? Honestly both options are concerning. The instructions say to remove the holographic seal, not seals, plural. I’m not comfortable setting this wallet up at this point. I bought it on the official Trezor site.
