Here is my experience with shipping of my new Trezor about 2 months ago.
#1 Ordered my Trezor 5 thru Trezor official website,
#2 Checked web address to make sure not a fake address.
#3 Used link to resellers, then checked website to affirm was authentic.
#4 Used DHL as delivery option, Fast courier option paying extra for service.
#5 Chose my Trezor 5 (My Precious).
#6 Made Payment with Track and Trace with signature required.
#7 Followed that Tracking order like an Eagle Hunting a rabbit (3 countries Later).
#8 Received Email that parcel had tried to be delivered but was not as I was home all day.
#9 After multiple Emails with DHL and Phone calls over a week long searching, went to
delivery center myself.
#10 At delivery center showed emails and tracking number to reception ( I do not speak the
Language of the country I was in) Guy couldn’t even find the parcel on the computer,
Maybe a reaction to all the phone calls and emails in the first place who knows, the Guy
had to physically go check the parcel cage for my Package, yayyyy it was there.
I choose the fast courier option and ended up having to drive 2 hours return to get parcel.
Our address is tricky to find and so should have added a note on Parcel to ring before
delivery to confirm directions, which we do with other delivery services in the country.
#11 Checked parcel with a magnifying glass looking for any tampering, All was intact and
secure.
#12 Home to set up Trezor (Yayyy my Precious)
