Hello, I have a Trezor with my personal saving. In my company they are settling a multisign system to sign transactions and I was wondering if I can do both things from the same Trezor.

I can confirm that you can use your already initialized Trezor as one of the devices for providing a signature in a multisig wallet. However, I would probably use a different set of private keys for it (a different wallet) to keep your personal wallet separate from a multisig wallet. It depends on you.
If you decide to use a different set of private keys, the easiest solution is to use a different passphrase for the wallet that will be part of the multisig wallet. Make sure to write this different passphrase down (offline of course, the same rules apply as for recovery seed).
