I transferred my Bitcoin 2 years ago to a new Trezor. Everything worked well. I have my keys, my passphrase, my pin, and the addresses used to receive the bitcoin. I tested the transfers first with small amounts and then proceeded to transfer larger amounts - 4 transfers total. It all worked great. I saw my transactions on the transaction list, everything was there. I tested and retested my passphrase for access to the wallet. All good. I disconnected my Trezor and put it in my safe. I went in 2 days ago and nothing is there! What could I possibly be doing wrong? I can see the bitcoin on the Blockchain still sitting in those addresses but I have no access. My Trezor tells me that both the hidden and standard wallet are empty. I am not getting a response from Trezor. I have been using Trezor since 2017. This is not right. Please help if you have any suggestions.

i have a similar issue where i transferred crypto to a trezor wallet i bought recently and setup on metamask woke up and nothing will go in or out and the trezor shows all new wallets when i try to add one. i can see everythings there in the wallet but no transactions go through and metamask signs me out everytime i try.
First thing first, imho you should verify your recovery seed phrase (NOT passphrase) backup first.
Open your trezor suite with your trezor device connected, then find options called “Check Backup”.
And do whatever the screen tells you.
