Message in my ETH tokens - "visit https://paxos.gift to claim rewards" - has my Trezor been compromised?

Hi,
When I look at my token balances within the ETH section of my wallet, I see an additional line with the following message:
“visit https : // paxos . gift [without the spaces] to claim rewards”
Has my Trezor been compromised somehow? What should be my next steps?
