Made a swap of btc to eth but didn't received the eth tokens

I made a swap in the trezor suit, confirmed everything. My btc was send, but my eth didn’t arrive. In the btc area it says the swap was confirmed, but in the eth area dont show anything

My friend, I also have the same problem. It’s been 24 hours since I increased the fee and nothing.

If you go to swap mine appears with converting status.

Same to me! Swap BTC to ETH. Confirmed 108 times, more then 18h left. Using Blockchain Explorer, its in Block … how long does it takes to receive on my ETH ? anybody can help ?

@ximp @thanashiro1986 @Paddy76 please create a support ticket via our Chatbot Hal, so we can investigate why the transactions might be getting stuck.

Having the same issue, XRP to BTC Cash. XRP is gone, transaction successful, but BTC cash doesn’t even show a pending transaction.

I just did a BTC to ETH swap in Trezor and the transaction shows as confirmed on BTC wallet, but under ETH I don’t see anything.
This was a very large amount and I’m extremely frustrated.
I have submitted a support ticket.

Can someone from support help?

It may just be delayed

You swapped with Changelly which is a known selective scam integrated everywhere, write a ticket via ticket-changelly .com and just say you’ll lawyer up as it’s illegal to hold funds for more than a week, I was in same situation and they returned within a day when i did that.

I feel like it’s always better to swap through a proper DEX or go to one of the main CEX like Kraken, Coinbase, Binance, etc.
