Hi,
I need help regarding a swap transaction i made inside trezor suite using GOEX.
The issue:
I swapped USDT to BTC. The funds have left my wallet and the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, but i have not received the funds in my destination wallet yet.
Additionally, the TRADE HISTORY tab in my trezor suite is empty/missing this transaction, so i cannot track the status from the app.
i have already emailed godex support but have not received a reply yet. Could someone from the team please assist or check if there is an issue?
