Is my Trezor hacked or it was an error?

Hello, so right now i had an issue withdrawing USDC on SOL, when confirming on trezor it had twice as many approvals to confirm and every time i clicked ‘‘send’’ it said error too many requests.

After restarting PC issue was gone, what might it be?

Im worried it may be hacked but nothing went away from my wallet and came in good condition bought from website, no issues at all besides that suspicious moment.

yes when moving USDC on SOL there is a lot of signing to do, since you have to execute contract.

Oh alright, the only concern was that it had twice as many signing and didnt work. After restarting PC there where twice as less and worked perfectly fine, thank you
