Hi can we import a wallet to Trezor using only the secret key and not the passphrase? Asking because I have wallets with only secure key.

yes, but it is not recommended, you would be defeating the purpose of Trezor
Is this support with ZCash?

Trezor devices exclusively support public transactions using t-addresses. Note that shielded transactions, those using z-addresses, are NOT compatible with Zcash on Trezor devices.
