I used ChangeNOW to exchange
0.00039553 BTC worth $15.01
with fee 0.00012886 BTC worth $4.89
and I only received 0.00225059 ETH $4.69.
I understand that the rates may vary a little during the transaction but this is definitely not the case.
What can be done here?
