I absolutely regret it….
My Trezor Model T became unusable and now only displays a red screen immediately after installing the latest official firmware update. I opened a support ticket, but because the device is out of warranty, the only resolution offered was a 10% discount on a new device.
I’m disappointed that a device failure immediately following an official update results in me having to purchase a replacement.
Very disappointing as I used to trust this company and recommend it to so many others.
