says it expected to take a few weeks. I used the chat bot function.
Please, note that the Safe 3 was available for pre orders and these are being shipped first.
I placed an order to be shipped to Canada on November 24th. Payment went through. However, there has been no change in order status and the order has not been shipped yet. Is this simply how long it normally takes or is there an issue? Thanks for your help
