I’m very keen to note down the derivation path of my accounts due to a sync issue I had recently.

The easiest way to display the derivation path of the desired address is during the verification process of this address. The information about the derivation path can be displayed on the display of your Trezor device (click on “i” and move right by swiping the display):
You can also see the derivation paths of BTC addresses if you copy XPUB of your BTC account to blockchain explorer and click “Show used XPUB addresses” for showing the information about the BTC addresses that have been already used or “Show all derived XPUB addresses” for showing the information about unused BTC addresses from the account:
