Hidden Wallet Zero Balance after Update

Hi,
I experienced this problem after a Trezor Suite update. To assess my hidden account I key in my passphase and found zero balance instead of my 3 accounts.

Please help.

first, please confirm that the desired accounts are enabled. Accounts can be enabled in “Settings” (the gearwheel symbol in the top right corner of Trezor Suite) under the “Crypto” tab:
