Hey guys, I need some help. I sent an amount of USDT to my polygon metamask account (linked to trezor) and I already have MATIC in the account. however when i try to do some transaction trezor loads and instantly closes without completing it. Is there any way I could get the money out of that account with Trezor and send it to someone else? Or did I lose the money and it will get stuck?
If your firmware version for everything is up to date, it’s likely a browser issue.
Change the browser, install MM and try again.
Hi all. I have the same problem, but I only get it on the Polygon network. It works fine on other networks.
It’s very rare as sometimes it works to approve smartcontracts, and then it gets blocked.
I use Brave, any ideas??
