I reset my Trezor T to factory settings and when I entered my seed phrase to reinstall my wallet, there are only 300 GLQ tokens in the wallet - over 70,000 are missing. I can see them on Etherscan, but I do not know how to access them through Trezor. Please help!

From your description, it looks like you are in a different wallet. Check if the ETH address under your ETH account is the same as the ETH address with your funds (the one you can see on Etherscan) and let us know the result.
