Fee raised but not sent

Hello.
At Trezor, I can only talk to bots
created a ticket, but
I haven’t been able to contact the headquarters yet, so I’m writing here in a hurry.

I tried to send USDT-ERC20 yesterday
From the beginning, I raised the fee to Custom, not Normal
I wanted to send it as soon as possible
But it wasn’t transmitted, so I increased the fee
Usually, it was sent right away
It hasn’t been transmitted for hours
I was going to cancel it through a Metamask as in the YouTube video.
I tried to find the pending order to EtherScan to know the Nonce
It wasn’t even pending on the EtherScan.

But I still have it in my wallet.

To summarize, I’m not an English speaker, but I’m afraid it’ll be confusing if I write it in sentences,

  1. I wanted to increase the gas cost and send it quickly.
  2. It hasn’t been sent for hours.
  3. Gas cost has been raised several times but has not been transmitted.
  4. Search if you are pending to the EtherScan to know Nonce to cancel.
  5. Unable to retrieve from EtherScan.
  6. When you search for TX ID, it is not detected.
  7. Therefore, it cannot be canceled.
  8. If you click on the pending transaction, the details show Nonce.
  9. I tried cancelling it on Metamask through it but it didn’t.

I don’t know what problem is.
There’s enough gas fee and I have a habit of capturing every transaction
There is no problem when I check the capture.
I also entered the address correctly.
It’s been a day, and the deal hasn’t been canceled
It’s still pending and the fees are tied.

Hi @CHS,

If you sent a transaction on Ethereum it would need a to be linked txID in order to be pending or confirmed. Otherwise it is not a transaction on the Ethereum network, and you could send a different transaction.

Changing the fee on Ethereum is an advanced process, and unless you are familiar with the process of how Ethereum charges gas fees it would be better to use the recommended amount, which generally ensures rapid inclusion of your transaction in a block.

I recommend sending the txID and some screenshots on the email thread of the support ticket you have created, so we can assist you further.
