Hi. I just got my first Trz wallet. The setting up of the wallet was easy, but creating backup recovery for the wallet failed multiple times (3). I wiped the memory card every single time and did the whole process from the beginning.
I have one question and one concern. Is it fixable? I assume your answer is yes/ or probably exchange (since it was a brand new wallet). Second, I don’t feel comfortable transferring my portfolio to this wallet anymore. Could I possibly get a refund?

I’m interested to know what error situation you got when backup up your seed. Can you elaborate a little about that, please? Is it a Trezor One or Trezor Model T you have?
