I was exchanging ETH for BTC in the Trezor suite, which I’ve done before with not problems. I chose an offer from Changelly and approved the transaction on my device. The ETH was transferred, but then it said the transaction was rejected. Now I’m out 7.5 ETH, what can I do to get it back?

Do you know why it was rejected? If not, please use Etherscan.io to see the status of the transaction. You may also contact Changelly and ask what happened to the BTC they were about to send you.
