Error in all simulated recovery attempts

Just received firmware, Trezor One, and installed firmware version 1.11.

First attempt:
Created backup, wrote down the words, created PIN
before transfer coins tried many types a simulated recovery and on every attemp there were a error message about failure restore.

Erased to factory standards and created new backup words.
Tried bothe ways, normal and advavanced restore.
Still the same error.

I am pretty much sure that I am entering the words perfectly.

Any ideas here?

What is the exact error you get? can you share a screenshot, please?

Remember, you always have to click the correct number of words to check in the beginning, 24 in case of Trezor One.

I was trying the 12 words option, and something was not working. Tried the 24 words options and everything worked fine.
