Olá, venho pedir ajuda para esclarecer uma duvida sobre envio de Btc, para minha Trezor T. A questão começou quando fui fazer um envio de outra carteira para a Trezor, correu tudo normal com a transferência mas o endereço de recebimento da Trezor estava em 3Lyw… em seguida mudei para um endereço que começa com bc1qj…, Bom, o que acontece que depois atualizei o firmware. Após abrir a wallet, o meu saldo consta zero, tem a ver com a mudança dos endereços ou com a atualização!
Desde já agrdeço quem possa me ajudar.
Hi @Phm20232023, do I get it right that your BTC balance is on “3” addresses? If you can see only Native SegWit account in Trezor Suite (addresses starting with “bc1”), please open SegWit (P2SH) account by clicking on the “+” sign in the top-left corner of the My Accounts list - then click on Bitcoin - choose the SegWit account type.

I performed this procedure but unfortunately it was not successful. I’m still with zero balance I’m already months with this problem. This happened after updating the wallet!
