Does Trezor have an email to which to report/forward phishing attempts?

Hi. I get a lot of phishing attempt emails which are really irritating. The competition, Ledger, has an email address to which one can forward these emails. Presumably, once Ledger has these, they can take immediate actions to try to shut down fraudulent links. Does Trezor have a similar such email? It makes reporting phishing attempts very, very easy. One doesn’t have to go through the whole onerous process of opening a ticket et cetera. One just forwards the phishing attempt to the email and that’s it. Ledger then issues an automated response confirming receipt.

If anyone knows of such a phishing report email for Trezor, please kindly advise. Thanks.

If you find the “Scams and phishing” page on Trezor’s web site, the bottom of the page tells you to use their chatbot to report phishing. (Apparently, I am not allowed to post the actual link here.)

When I have reported these email scams in the past, Trezor support replied that the email was not from them, and I should ignore it. Whether they vigorously pursue remedy against the scammers, I don’t know.

It seems then that Ledger may take things more seriously, perhaps surprisingly. I don’t want to have to use any other facility. Just give me an email address to forward phishing email. Strictly speaking, it isn’t Trezor’s responsibility to pursue these kinds of scams, but it certainly would help to prevent some users from getting ripped off in some pretty big ways.

We make best efforts to get scam websites copying our brand reported and taken down speedily.
