Yes, Trezor Safe 5 fully supports BIP39 wallet backups, including 24‑word wallet backup. The default option when creating a new wallet is a 20‑word SLIP39 wallet backup, but you can switch to BIP39 - either the 12‑word or the 24‑word variant - in the wallet creation step.
