Trezor safe 3 device randomly disconnects when starting up. It just reports “Device disconnected”, and then I have to unplug it and try again until the device gets “lucky” and stops disconnecting. How do I avoid this re occuring problem?

From your description, it looks like the issue is with the USB cable that you use. Try to use a different USB cable. If the issue persists, please reach out to support via the chat speech bubble in the bottom right corner on the following page:
