Crypto not showing up in my trezor wallet

Hi, I do not see my crypto in my wallet. I see one transaction of funds coming in, but there is a transaction the next day showing it is being sent. I do not see all the deposits. I do not remember ever setting up a passphrase. I have a paper seed sheet. When I last plugged in my Trezor to confirm my crypto was still in there, it was all there, no problem. What can I do? Thanks

If you can see the transfer record and the crypto balance shows 0, your seed may be leaked.
Tell me your coin type and which chain you use, as well as your wallet address, and I will check it for you.

Hi @jsriro and welcome back @BtcLtc,

if you see unauthorized transaction in your Trezor Suite, there are two likely scenarios, since each transaction must be signed using the private keys of the respective address.

  1. Someone used your physical Trezor device to confirm the transaction

  2. Your private keys (derived from your recovery seed) were compromised and the attacker used them to sign the transaction. If your seed words are revealed, anyone can clone your wallet, including your private keys. Please, see our user manual to learn more about the recovery seed and recovery process:
