Trezor support has no t gotten back to me
Hi, we have responded to your ticket on Feb 18 and you have been in active conversation with our support.
Each transaction must be signed using the private keys of the respective address. Considering that Trezor has never been hacked remotely and is designed to never reveal private keys (which are essential for creating a transaction) to anyone, there are two possible scenarios for what could have happened:
- Someone physically used your Trezor device to confirm the transaction.
- Your private keys (represented by your wallet backup) were compromised, and the attacker used them to sign the transaction. This could happen if your wallet backup was exposed, allowing recovery with a compatible wallet.
Please contact your local authorities.
